How do I file my W-2s, 1099s, TC-941s and TC-941Rs electronically in TAP?

Log into your TAP account and click the File W-2s, 1099s, TC-675Rs & Withholding Returns link.

I work for an out-of-state company submitting TC-941s, TC-941Rs, 1099s and W-2s for our Utah clients. How do I register for TAP?

From TAP business, use the Apply for a Tax Account (TC-69) link. Select Yes for Payroll Service or Third Party Preparer. Complete the online application. Once you have received the letter from the Tax Commission, you can register for TAP.

TC-69 Form Usually Requires Additional Schedules

When submitting a TC-69 paper form, you MUST also include the appropriate schedule(s). If you do not include the correct schedule(s), your business registration will be delayed.

Note: To save time and ensure all needed schedules are included, you can apply for a tax account online.
