Requesting Tax Records
Did you know you can view and print your last three years of tax filings online via your Taxpayer Access Point (TAP) profile?
If you cannot find what you are looking for on TAP you can request Copies of Your Tax Records.
Requesting DMV Records
All DMV records are protected and should not be requested via GRAMA. Please see the Privacy of Records page for instructions on how to request DMV records.
Requesting MVED Records
MVED Records cannot be requested via GRAMA. For instructions on how to request MVED records please review our Requesting MVED Records page.
Office of the Commission Records
Utah State Tax Commission Hearing Recording records requests must be submitted via the Open Records Portal and using form TC-740, Formal Hearing Recording Request and Notice to Non-requesting Party.
GRAMA Request
If the other options do not meet your needs, you may submit a formal GRAMA request. Please note that all GRAMA requests must be submitted via the Open Records Portal. Requests submitted through other channels cannot be processed.
