Utah Sales Tax in the Motor Vehicle Industry

Please join the Utah State Tax Commission for our June 2026 webinar, where we will explore Utah sales and use tax requirements in the automobile industry. This training will look at sales tax laws and requirements for auto dealers and other sellers of motor vehicles. We will look at sales tax exemptions as well as credits that may be claimed on a sales tax return.
