A status conference was held in the above-entitled matter on XXXXX, G. Blaine Davis, Administrative Law Judge, presiding. Present and representing Petitioner was XXXXX, Attorney At Law, from the Law Firm XXXXX. Present and representing Respondent was XXXXX, Assistant Attorney General, together with XXXXX from the Collections Division

Based upon discussion among the parties, it is hereby ordered:

1. Petitioner desires to file a motion supported by a brief dealing with certain constitutional issues which Petitioner desires to raise. Petitioner's Counsel will submit his motion and supporting memorandum no later than XXXXX. Respondent will submit its reply memorandum no later than XXXXX.

2. Petitioner may submit a rebuttle memorandum no later than XXXXX. 3. Upon receipt of the memorandums, unless oral arguments are requested by one of the parties, the matter will be submitted to the Commission for decision. Upon the completion of the decision, a future status conference will be held following the decision on Petitioner's motion to determine how the case should proceed in the future.

Failure to comply with this Order may result in an Order of Default being entered against the non-complying party.
