STATEMENT OF THE CASE

This matter came before the Utah State Tax Commission pursuant to Petitioner's Petition for Redetermination. At hearing, the parties agreed that the assessment in this case was improper.

DECISION AND ORDER

The Commission orders Respondent to adjust the assessment to zero and to refund any amounts that have been collected to satisfy this assessment. Upon that agreement, the Petitioner moved to withdraw the appeal. The Commission grants the motion and disposes of this case.
