The Utah State Tax Commission hereby approves settlement on the terms contained in the accompanying Stipulation between XXXXX and the Auditing Division of the Utah State Tax Commission. Once the amount of Additional Tax is computed pursuant to the terms of the Stipulation, the parties are to submit a Final Order to the Commission. Upon compliance with the terms of the Stipulation and entry of the Final Order the audit will be deemed fully satisfied and the above‑captioned Appeal will be dismissed.
