STATEMENT OF CASE
This
matter came before the Utah State Tax Commission pursuant to the Petitioner's
request to waive the penalty associated with the withholding tax for the year
XXXXX.
Prior
to formal hearing on the matter, the Tax Commission reviewed the matter and
determined that sufficient cause exists to waive the penalty associated with
that year.
DECISION AND ORDER
Based
upon the foregoing, the Tax Commission finds that sufficient cause exists to
waive the penalty associated with the withholding tax for the year XXXXX. It is so ordered.
