STATEMENT OF CASE

This matter came before the Utah State Tax Commission for an Informal Hearing on XXXXX. James E. Harward, Hearing Officer, was scheduled to hear the matter. Prior to the hearing the hearing officer was notified by a representative of XXXXX, XXXXX, who indicated that the Respondent was no longer in business and that no one would appear at the hearing. Based upon the foregoing the Tax Commission has no alternative but to order the revocation of license XXXXX and direct that a representative of XXXXX surrender license No. XXXXX to a representative of the Utah State Tax Commission within three days from the date of this order.
