STATEMENT OF CASE
This
matter came before the Utah State Tax Commission for an informal hearing on the
XXXXX. James E. Harward Presiding
Officer heard the matter for and in behalf of the Tax Commission. No one appeared representing the Petitioner. After making note of the nonappearance of
the Petitioner, the presiding officer took evidence from the Respondent which
indicates that an adjustment is necessary to reflect a change in
ownership. The Tax Commission hereby
orders the adjustments for the change in ownership for the tax year in question
as follows: XXXXX (75%) XXXXX (25%).
