STATEMENT OF CASE
This
matter came before the Utah State Tax Commission on appeal from an assessment
made by the Property Tax Division of the Utah State Tax Commission
(Respondent). Prior to scheduling the
requested hearing, the assessment was reviewed and amended by the Respondent,
and a stipulation regarding the market value of the subject property was agreed
upon and entered into by the parties. XXXXX County, by virtue of its failure to
show cause, also agreed to the stipulated market value. The prior and proposed values are as
follows: Decision of the Property Tax Division: $$$$$ Stipulated Market Value
of the Property: $$$$$.
DECISION AND ORDER
The
Tax Commission, after a review of the parties' stipulation, hereby approves the
stipulated value and orders an adjustment to the records of XXXXX County and of
the Utah State Tax Commission.
