STATEMENT OF CASE

The above captioned matter involves an appeal to the Utah State Tax Commission from the assessment by the Property Tax Division of the Utah State Tax Commission on the subject property.

Petitioner and Respondent stipulated and agreed to an adjustment in the value of the subject property for the tax year XXXXX as follows:

XXXXX County had standing to object to the assessment of the subject property pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 59-7-12 (1953). XXXXX County was ordered to show cause within ten (10) days from August 28, XXXXX, if it objected to the revised valuation. XXXXX County did not object.

DECISION AND ORDER

The Tax Commission, after reviewing the stipulation, hereby accepts the stipulation in lieu of an Formal Hearing and finds the value of the subject property as of XXXXX to be $$$$$ for XXXXX Code A, B, & X, and $$$$$ for XXXXX Dist. D, M, X, Z, (a-a) & (b-b) Outside.
