STATEMENT OF CASE
This
appeal to the Utah State Tax Commission from the Decision of the Property Tax
Division, State Tax Commission of Utah (Respondent) concerning the valuation of
the subject property for the tax year XXXXX.
Petitioner asserted that the subject property should be reduced in
value.
Petitioner
and Respondent stipulated and agreed to an adjustment in the market value of
the subject property for the tax year XXXXX.

DECISION AND ORDER
The
Tax Commission, after reviewing the Stipulation, hereby accepts the Stipulation
in lieu of a Formal Hearing and finds the market value of the subject property
as of XXXXX, to be as set forth above.
The
Decision of the Property Tax Division of the State Tax Commission of Utah is
therefore set aside and, the Property Tax Division is directed to adjust the
assessment books in accordance with this Order of Approval.
