TAP Help – Reset My Password
What Do I Do?
- On the Login window click Forgot my Password.
- Enter your username in the Username field.
- Click Next.
- Enter the answer to your secret question and click Submit.
Note: Check your email for a link and instructions to continue resetting your password.
- Enter your new password in the New Password field.
- Enter your new password again in the Repeat Password field.
- Click Submit. You will get an email with an authorization code. This code is required to log in with your new password.
