Where Do I Start?
Depending on which window you are already on, you may need to click the following hyperlink:
What Do I Do?
- In the Names and Addresses section, click the Add hyperlink for the additional address type you want to add.
- Complete the appropriate fields as necessary.
- Click Save. The request to add your address is now submitted. An information window opens displaying your confirmation number. Please note that your request may take several days to process.
- You may print the confirmation or click Exit to continue.
Note: You can click the Requests tab to see your request.
