TAP Help – Change Account Details for My Web Logon

Where Do I Start?

Depending on which window you are already on, you may need to click one or both of the following links:

  • Home
  • View My Profile

What Do I Do?

  1. Click the Manage Logons tab.
  2. On the Logons sub tab, click the Web Logon hyperlink for the customer logon you want to change.
  3. In the Accounts for the Web Logon section, click the account ID hyperlink for the account you wish to change. An Account Edit dialog box is displayed with its fields available for editing.
    1. The account is active when there is a check mark displayed in the Active check box.
      • If the account is currently active and you wish to inactivate it, clear the Active check box by clicking in it.
      • If the account is currently inactive and you wish to activate it, check the Active check box by clicking in it.
    2. To change the access level, click the drop-down arrow in the Access Level drop-down menu and select the new access level from the list.
  4. Click the Confirm button.
