Self-Reviews – Corporate Tax

The Auditing Division of the Utah State Tax Commission is currently conducting a review of corporate tax. This is designed to help those entities:

• doing business in Utah,
• registered with the Utah Department of Commerce, or
• otherwise earning income in the State of Utah comply with the annual Utah corporate tax return filing requirement.
